Individual Appointments
24-hour notice required for cancellations or changes
Less than 24-hour notice: 100% cancellation fee
No-shows: Charged in full for scheduled service
Same-day bookings that are cancelled: Charged in full
Late arrivals: Service may be shortened while being charged for full service
More than 15 minutes late: If we cannot accommodate, full charge still applies
Groups & Multiple Services
Groups of 3+ people or 4+ services require 50% deposit
48-hour cancellation notice required
Less than 48-hour notice: 50% of total service price charged
