• Valuables: Please leave personal items and valuables in your room safe. We cannot be responsible for any items brought into the spa.

• Electronic Devices: All cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off or set to silent mode.

• Children's Services: Available for children 5 years and older. A parent must be present throughout the entire service.

• Communication: To enhance your experience, please communicate with your therapist regarding:

• Massage pressure | Room temperature | Music volume | Any other concerns

• Call or email to secure your appointment

• Please inform us immediately about:

• Any allergies or medical conditions (including pregnancy)

• Special occasions you're celebrating

Cancellation Policy

Individual Appointments

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or changes

• Less than 24-hour notice: 100% cancellation fee

• No-shows: Charged in full for scheduled service

• Same-day bookings that are cancelled: Charged in full

• Late arrivals: Service may be shortened while being charged for full service

• More than 15 minutes late: If we cannot accommodate, full charge still applies

Groups & Multiple Services

• Groups of 3+ people or 4+ services require 50% deposit

• 48-hour cancellation notice required

• Less than 48-hour notice: 50% of total service price charged
